Platform Credits — Terms

4.1 Nature of Credits

dvtd Platform Credits (“Credits”) are prepaid digital licences that grant access to specific Platform features. Credits are not currency, money, financial instruments, securities, investments, or store value under any applicable financial services regulation. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any monetary equivalent under any circumstances.

4.2 How Credits Are Obtained

Purchased Credits

Credits may be purchased through the Platform at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Credit packages are offered at the following tiers (subject to change):

• Starter: 50 credits + 10 bonus credits (60 total) — USD $19
• Growth: 150 credits + 30 bonus credits (180 total) — USD $49
• Pro: 400 credits + 100 bonus credits (500 total) — USD $119

Earned Credits

Verified Voters earn 1 (one) Credit for each vote successfully cast on the Platform. Earned Credits are recorded in the credit ledger with source type ‘vote_reward’. Earned Credits are functionally identical to Purchased Credits and may be used for all credit-eligible features. Earned Credits have no cash value and are subject to the same terms as Purchased Credits.

4.3 How Credits Are Used

Credits may be spent on:

• Creating and publishing polls (credit cost displayed at time of creation)
• Purchasing raw data exports for closed or completed polls
• Any other credit-eligible features introduced by dvtd from time to time

Poll creators may download their own poll data at no credit cost. Credits are deducted at the time of the transaction and are non-reversible once spent.

4.4 Bonus Credits

Bonus Credits are promotional Credits granted at dvtd's sole discretion, including as part of pre-sale packages. Bonus Credits may be subject to expiry dates, usage restrictions, or other conditions communicated at the time of issue. dvtd reserves the right to modify, limit, or expire Bonus Credits at any time with reasonable notice. Standard Purchased Credits and Earned Credits are not subject to expiry.

4.5 Refund Policy

All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If the Platform permanently ceases operations, dvtd will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and a credit use period before shutdown. dvtd does not guarantee any specific feature availability or credit utility beyond what is currently available on the Platform.

4.6 Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, Credits remaining in your account are forfeited without compensation. If termination results from dvtd's material breach, dvtd will make reasonable efforts to provide a refund of unused Purchased Credits.

4.7 Pre-Launch Credits

Credits purchased during the pre-launch phase (before the Platform is fully operational) will be held in your account and become redeemable upon Platform launch. Pre-launch Credit purchasers receive the bonus credits specified at the time of purchase. Credits purchased pre-launch are subject to the same terms as Credits purchased post-launch. The pre-launch phase timeline is subject to change as disclosed in the Pre-Launch Disclosure.

4.8 Non-Transferability

Credits are associated with a single user account and may not be transferred, gifted, sold, or assigned to another account under any circumstances.
