Pre-Launch Disclosure

7.1 Platform Status

The dvtd Platform is currently in active development and has not yet launched for general use. The current dvtd.app website is a pre-launch marketing and waitlist page. Voting, poll creation, identity verification, and all other core Platform features are not yet operational.

7.2 Pre-Sale Credits

Credits purchased during the pre-launch phase are valid pre-sale commitments. Your Credits will be held in your account and will become fully redeemable upon Platform launch. Pre-launch buyers receive bonus credits as specified at the time of purchase.

Purchasing pre-sale Credits does not guarantee any specific launch date, feature set, or platform availability. Credits will be redeemable for the features that are available on the Platform at the time of launch and as they are developed thereafter.

7.3 Changes to Features and Timeline

The Platform is under active development. The features, functionality, design, pricing, credit costs, and timeline described on dvtd.app represent our current intent and are subject to change without notice. dvtd will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to pre-sale purchasers via email.

7.4 No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

dvtd does not guarantee that any specific feature will be available at launch, that the Platform will launch by any specific date, or that the Platform will achieve any particular user base, vote count, or commercial outcome. Pre-sale credit purchases are made on the basis of our good-faith description of our product vision, not a guarantee of delivery.

7.5 Refund Position During Pre-Launch

All credit purchases are non-refundable as set out in the Credits Terms. In the event that dvtd determines it will not proceed with Platform development, dvtd will notify all pre-sale purchasers by email and will make reasonable efforts to provide a refund of unused pre-sale credit purchases, subject to dvtd's financial capacity at that time.
